First, check your payment account statement to confirm whether the funds have been debited. If not, re-initiate the payment.
If the funds have been debited, there’s no need to make a repeat payment. The platform automatically synchronizes payment data every 10 minutes, and order confirmation is usually completed within 30 minutes.
To manually check synchronization, go to the “My Orders – Pending Payments” page and click “Check Payment Status.” The system will manually trigger data synchronization.
Contact Customer Service: If the payment has not been confirmed for more than an hour, provide a screenshot of your payment receipt (including the transaction time, amount, and order number) and contact Customer Service. Customer Service will coordinate with the payment institution to verify the process within 12 hours to ensure the order is processed or to refund the funds.
How long does it take for a refund to be credited to my account? Where will the refund be sent? Refunds will be processed strictly via the original payment method, with the following timeframes:

WeChat Pay and Alipay: After your refund request is approved, funds will be returned to the original payment account within 1-3 business days. You can track your refund status on your payment statement.

PayPal: Funds will be returned to the original bank card within 3-5 business days. The specific timeframe is subject to PayPal’s clearing speed.
