Packaging & Sending Your Return:

Ø Pack the product in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Ø We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to protect your return in case of loss or damage. We cannot issue credit for items damaged due to improper packaging.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
Upon delivery, please inspect your package carefully. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will replace the item for the same item.
