Strict Price Management: We strictly adhere to the tobacco industry’s “clear price labeling” regulations. All product prices are marked according to tobacco company guidance prices. We prohibit price gouging, underpricing, or other practices that disrupt market order. Clear and standardized price tags protect consumers’ right to know.

If counterfeit products are confirmed, we will compensate them as promised.​
2. Consumer Regulations: Strict Age Verification

In accordance with the “Minors Protection Law” and tobacco regulatory requirements, we have established a strict “Adult Consumer Identity Verification Mechanism”:

Online purchases require a real-name authentication system to verify the purchaser’s age (orders must be at least 18 years old). Orders that fail age verification will not be accepted.

During delivery, delivery personnel will verify the recipient’s ID information and confirm that the recipient is at least 18 years old before delivering the product. If the recipient is under 18, delivery will be refused and the reason will be explained.
